Virgin mobile customer service is absolutely diabolical, they speak very poor English, they have little or no product knowledge and they will fob you off with absolute rubbish to satisfy their call numbers. If you should on the 4th or 5th attempt at getting help, in exasperation ask to speak to a supervisor, they refuse to put you through!
I have been with them since day 1 and never had a problem but this last 6 months has been call after call after call and I am still trying to resolve todays ridiculous problem with a picture message that I am told is a problem with my pc!!!
Sick of them now and moving to a network that cares because Virgin has given up caring about it's customers.
