I've been a customer of Orange pay as you go for well over five years and have continued to use them because of great network coverage where I am in Derbyshire and generous text bundles.

Orange also have a good top-up and balance alert system which sends me an update of my account balance instantly by text at the touch of a button.

The only down side about my experience with Orange is the phone I just bought from an Orange shop. The memory is so small that I can only take four photos and the memory is full, which didn't happen with my previous mobiles.

Good Points: Good coverage and text bundles
Bad Points: Poor memory in orange mobile handset

I have been an orange customer for 8 years and had no problems until recently.My phones were barred by one of the offshore reps who misunderstood what i said.I have complained to orange and have had no reply.Orange being a major mobile provider has not contacted me offering any sort of an apology.
